Kudos to especially helpful staff, excellent views, brilliant location really close to historic cable car, Westfield shopping centre, Downtown San Francisco. The bed was soft, the room was stylish and updated. There was plenty of delicious meals. The service was top-notch here.

Had a wonderful stay for the services which I expected and what I thought I was getting, everything was very clean. I stayed in the double room, a short walk to Powell Street metro station, just 5 minutes on foot.
