It's clean hotel, location and staff are nice. No complaints, I would recommend this place and will be back.
We loved every detail about our really nice 3 nights stay here. The restaurant was lovely on 5th floor, it had amazing dishes.
It was clean place, staff were efficient, and I loved my uniquely decorated room. The rooms were with a jacuzzi tub.
Kudos to especially helpful staff, excellent views, brilliant location really close to historic cable car, Westfield shopping centre, Downtown San Francisco. The bed was soft, the room was stylish and updated. There was plenty of delicious meals. The service was top-notch here.
Had a wonderful stay for the services which I expected and what I thought I was getting, everything was very clean. I stayed in the double room, a short walk to Powell Street metro station, just 5 minutes on foot.
The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and based in an amazing building. Adequate units on the fold down bed.
My stay here was fine. This good city hotel had particularly nice views. The staff were apologetic and check-in was early.

Staff were immensely pleasant and we loved our being there. We stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with nice amenities, comfortable beds plus the computer. Prime location way down hill;)))

The venue was overall clean & reasonably spacious. I got free upgrade and loved it. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was CONVENIENT.
The entire experience was comfortable. Hotel was situated within walking distance of coit tower. Nob Hill district was worth visiting...
